Is Courtland Rogers still in jail?
We haven't really heard tons from Courtland after his arrest in April. In case you've been living under a rock, Courtland and Jenelle were picked up on April 23rd and arrested. Apparently, the two got into an altercation and police were called. Allegedly, Courtland hit her in the neck, and also hit her with a closed fist. Jenelle was charged as well because she hit him with a piece of furniture. Good job guys... get into a huge fight with drugs in the house.
Jenelle was charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver heroin, possession of a schedule II controlled substance and simple assault. Percocet, wrapping paper, and a glass smoking pipe were also in her possession. AAAAND to top it all off, she was also held on cash bond ($260) for non-payment of child support.
